Essence Eye Shadow Review

On the right #56 Hyped Up – Shimmer Effect

• Bottom swatch is with no eyeshadow base

Pros

- Essence eyeshadows are soft and glide on easily allowing for a smooth blend and no harsh lines.
- They look pretty with and without an eyeshadow base
- The pigment in them is surprisingly good for being a cheaper option.
- It doesn’t take much to build up intense color
- Affordable for any budget
- You get a good amount of product that will last

I bought Essence eyeshadow from Shoppers Drug Mart for $1. They were on sale, but even at full price they are only $2.50. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a cheaper option or just want to add something fun to their makeup bags. The quality seems to be pretty good and I could see myself buying more shades. It appears that Essence is a company from Poland, but I was able to find it over here in Canada. Shoppers Drug Mart seems to be the only place I’ve seen it so far around here. They have a whole range of makeup. Including Lipsticks, lip glosses, mascara, cover up, blush, bronzers, nail polish and nail art supplies and more…
